INCENTEA Group integrates Extom Consulting
INCENTEA strengthens its presence in the Iberian Peninsula markets with the entry of Extom Consulting, a reference company in implementing technology solutions and specializing in cloud-native solutions, headquartered in Madrid and operating in the Spanish market.
António Poças, chairman of the board of directors of the business group, stresses – “This operation is another one aimed at accelerating our strategic plan, vision and growth through 2030” – and points to Extom Consulting, in the neighboring country, as one of the main Cegid partners, the leading software house in cloud-based business management solutions, of which INCENTEA is also a partner.
The head of the Leiria business group sees in this operation a guarantee of “sustained expansion”, since the arrival of Extom will allow “increasing turnover and expanding the team”, bringing another 20 people onto INCENTEA’s payroll.
The entry of Extom Consulting will put INCENTEA, already present in the Lugo area and in Galicia, in a stronger position in the “strategic markets” of Barcelona, Granada and Madrid, bringing INCENTEA closer to Spanish customers and partners, making it possible to offer “a more personalized service and extended geographic coverage”.
Extom Consulting’s knowledge of cloud-native solutions aimed at the corporate market will ensure greater value and technological innovation, in addition to leadership at the Iberian level in the solution Cegid XRP Enterprise.
With 37 years of activity, INCENTEA now has 17 companies in its holding and a presence in the market in eight countries, with the main share of business coming from Portugal and Spain.
The business group, specialized in the implementation, integration and support of information systems for management and IT infrastructure, among other operations, provides tailored solutions aimed at the corporate market.
