INCENTEA Capital (“INCENTEA Group”, “INCENTEA”) respects your preferences regarding the collection and use of your Personal Data.
«Personal Data» refers to information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person («Data Subject»); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, online identifiers or one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.
The INCENTEA Group and its subsidiaries or affiliates respect your preferences regarding the processing of the Personal Data it collects. This Policy (the “Policy”) lets you know how INCENTEA collects and uses your Personal Data and how you can control its use, and describes our practices regarding information collected on other Group sites that link to or refer to this Policy (such as websites, software applications, social networks and electronic messages), as well as offline marketing and sales activities (collectively, “Communication Channels”).
The Communication Channels may provide links to other platforms that do not belong to the INCENTEA universe and are managed by third parties. For that reason, we encourage you to check the general terms of use and privacy policies of those websites, services, social networks or applications before providing your Personal Data, as this privacy policy applies only to this website. INCENTEA is not responsible for those websites, services, social networks or applications managed by third parties to which the hyperlinks on our communication channels may lead.

We collect information about you when you register on our website or place an order for products or services. We also collect information from you when you voluntarily fill in questionnaires, sign up for Webinars, use the chat tool, take part in competitions, provide feedback, subscribe to newsletters or feeds, call us or write to us. The personal data collected is that which is necessary for the purpose for which you contacted us, and in that context includes data such as name, address, telephone number, email address, company and industry in which you work, the subject, the NIF (tax ID number, in the case of a commercial transaction) and an identification document (in the case of exercising a right). By providing your personal data, you are authorizing its collection, use and disclosure in accordance with the rules set out here.
We ask that you do not send or share with INCENTEA any sensitive personal information such as racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, nor genetic data, biometric data, data concerning health or data concerning sex life or sexual orientation.
Website usage information is collected using cookies, but does not identify you specifically, and the following data are or may be collected:

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a European Union Supervisory Authority regarding the protection of your Personal Data. INCENTEA Capital will cooperate with the Supervisory Authority by providing it with all the information that it requests in the exercise of its powers.
The information collected on this website does not involve automated decision-making, including profiling.
No comparisons, interconnections or any other form of cross-referencing of the information recorded are carried out on this website.
INCENTEA assumes no liability when, for reasons beyond its control or unknown to it, an error, damage, disclosure or unauthorized access arises from electronic data transmission that may occur between INCENTEA and the Data Subject.
The INCENTEA Group only accepts user registrations from people who are at least 16 years old. INCENTEA’s Communication Channels are not directed at underage users. If you become aware of any registration made by a minor, we would be grateful if you would alert us so that we can remove it immediately.
The recipients or categories of recipients of your Personal Data, depending on the contact tool you use, are the Marketing and Communication, Call Center, Pre-Sales and Sales, and Technical Support departments. We will share your personal data with your consent or, as necessary, to complete any transaction or provide any service you have requested.
In the course of its activity, INCENTEA may use third parties to provide certain services. At times, providing these services involves access by these entities to the personal data of Customers/Users. When this happens, INCENTEA takes appropriate measures to ensure that the entities that have access to the data offer the necessary guarantees, which is duly safeguarded contractually between INCENTEA and the third-party entity or entities.
Accordingly, any entity subcontracted by INCENTEA will process the personal data of our Customers/Users on behalf of and for INCENTEA, adopting the technical and organizational measures necessary to protect the personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, alteration, disclosure or unauthorized access and against any other form of unlawful processing. We also share data with affiliates controlled by INCENTEA and subsidiaries; with vendors working on our behalf; when required by law or to respond to legal process; to protect our customers; to protect lives; to maintain the security of our services; and to protect the property rights of INCENTEA.

We rely on the User to provide us with accurate and complete information and to update the data in respect of any change to the information provided.

INCENTEA processes and retains your personal data in accordance with the purposes for which it is processed. INCENTEA may keep other personal data for periods longer than the duration of the contractual relationship, whether on the basis of your consent, to safeguard rights or duties related to the contract, or because it has legitimate interests that justify it, but always for the period strictly necessary to fulfill the respective purposes and in accordance with the guidelines and decisions of the CNPD (the Portuguese Data Protection Authority).
The User has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data concerning them at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before its withdrawal. You may also ask INCENTEA Capital for access to your Personal Data, its rectification or erasure, and for restriction of processing concerning the User. The user may also object to processing, exercise their right to data portability, and request a copy of the information we hold about you. The Personal Data necessary for the performance of the contract to which the User is party, for compliance with legal obligations to which the Controller is subject, and that which is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by INCENTEA Capital are not covered by the preceding paragraph.
If the requests made by the User are manifestly unfounded or excessive, in particular because of their repetitive nature, INCENTEA Capital, under the legal framework in force, may charge a reasonable fee taking into account the administrative costs of providing the information or communication, or of taking the requested action, or refuse to act on the request.
Without prejudice to legal or regulatory provisions to the contrary, Personal Data will be kept only for the minimum period necessary for the purposes that motivated their collection or subsequent processing, after which they are deleted or, if it is in INCENTEA Capital’s interest, processed for statistical purposes and anonymized, so that the Data Subject cannot be identified.
Further processing of Personal Data for a purpose other than that for which the data were collected requires consent. Before such processing, the Controller provides the Data Subject with information on that purpose and any other relevant information.

The INCENTEA Group applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk in storing Personal Data and during its transmission.
The INCENTEA Group has an information system capable of resisting, with a given level of confidence, accidental events or malicious or unlawful actions that compromise the availability, authenticity, integrity and confidentiality of the Personal Data stored or transmitted, as well as the security of the related services offered by, or accessible through, these networks and systems.
