Customized solutions, strategic Partnerships, training, and adaptability position the Portuguese company as a benchmark Partner

With almost 40 years of history, what was then Leirisic in 1987 would become INCENTEA in 2003, a year marked by the start of the organization’s growth process, which culminated in the integration of other companies and businesses. With a strategic positioning guided by greater closeness to clients and by fostering a relationship of trust and Partnership, INCENTEA seeks to position itself as a “leading player in the business solutions sector.” This approach, underpinned by a commitment to continuous innovation, ensures that the organization’s offerings “keep pace with global technology trends and anticipate market demands,” says Luís Barreiro, Board Member at INCENTEA.
INCENTEA’S ‘HEART’
The core of the business lies in Business Consulting and Management Information Systems – ERP, CRM, MES, among others – supporting organizations’ digital transformation. Another differentiating factor, Luís Barreiro points out, is the development of vertical applications, “designed to the specific needs of each sector,” without forgetting the commitment to IT infrastructure and security. “We invest heavily in the ongoing training of our teams, in building strategic Partnerships with the leading international vendors, and in adopting agile methodologies that ensure greater efficiency and faster response times. We believe INCENTEA’s success stems from a combination of technological innovation, operational excellence, and a solid organizational culture centered on human value and collaboration,” Luís Barreiro reiterates.
SUCCESS BEYOND BORDERS
With more than 350 professionals, the company operates in eight countries – Portugal, Spain, France, Brazil, Angola, Mozambique, Cape Verde, and São Tomé and Príncipe. In 2024 it reported revenue of around 23 million euros, 32% of it from international operations. For 2025, the forecast points to growth and a doubling of turnover by 2028.
SOLUTIONS REFLECTED IN PARTNERSHIPS AND IN BUSINESS
INCENTEA’s solutions, characterized by a “high capacity for customization,” are conceived and designed for a wide range of contexts: from industry to commerce and distribution, including healthcare and services. “Across the board, there is clearly growing demand for cloud solutions, driven by the need to ensure scalability, mobility, lower operating costs, and secure access to information,” says Luís Barreiro, underscoring the company’s investment in integrated cybersecurity solutions and in solutions that enhance process automation and advanced data analytics. Cegid, Microsoft, Sage, and SAP are some of the Partnerships established, with an offering of “robust, flexible platforms adaptable to the requirements of each industry,” explains Luís Barreiro. On the technology infrastructure side, HPE, Sophos, and Alcatel are also among the leading vendors. This ecosystem of strategic Partnerships, Luís Barreiro stresses, makes it possible to “closely follow the latest technology trends, access specialized resources and know-how, and ensure an agile and effective response to our clients’ needs.”
THE FUTURE IS WRITTEN TODAY
Looking ahead to the coming years, the company has already drawn up an “ambitious and clearly defined” Strategic Plan, with the central goal of doubling the size of the company in three years. Growth rests on two complementary pillars: organic growth, through the expansion of current activity and the development of solutions, and growth through the acquisition and integration of other companies, a process that is already under way.
