How does it work?
By accessing the Cirvalue KPI main page you will get a simple, intuitive view of the status of performance for the Company, teams and individuals at any moment. Each of the “blocks” can be opened to see in greater detail the indicators considered and their Objectives and Results parameters, as well as Assessment. Floating labels help with navigation and add information about the various indicators and how they are calculated. You can also view performance graphically to get an immediate, intuitive sense of the results obtained and whether they are sufficient against the objectives previously set. In keeping with an important commitment we make in all Cirvalue Systems, all participants can, at any time, record comments on the objectives, on performance or on the respective assessment.
Like the other Cirvalue tools, this one was designed for a comfortable user experience, simple to use and using tactile features that minimize direct data entry and favor adjustment by touch and dragging sliders, so as to suit use on mobile devices. Cirvalue KPI is an important tool in the Cirvalue family of Systems because, besides monitoring Performance, it allows you to integrate the results produced by the other two systems, Cirvalue Comp, dedicated to professional competencies and behaviors, and/or Cirvalue 360. With a simple touch you can move to the other tools and explore in full detail professional behaviors and their evolution or the different perspectives of the 360 approach.
