Key Features
How does it work?
The uniqueness of this system is evident right from the start. The 360 chart shows that every person, without exception, is at the “center” of the system, positioned as an assessor. Each employee must therefore choose whom they will assess, indicating the role that person has in relation to them, that is, whether they are their direct manager, a subordinate, a team colleague, etc. We call this defining the “assessment protocol” for each assessee. The system provides for 20 different assessment protocols, but the Client Company can choose which ones to activate. For each assessment protocol, the Company will have freely defined an assessment model, made up of 4 factors, each with 3 assessment parameters, resulting in 12 possible assessment dimensions supported by short anchoring descriptions. The assessment models are freely defined by the Company, but Cirvalue offers pre-configured suggestions that you can adopt or adapt.
How do I assess?
Cirvalue 360 is based on 4 value sections. Assessing in Cirvalue 360 is as easy as dragging the icon corresponding to each assessment dimension into one of the 4 divisions or into one of the spaces between them. After the first assessment is made, it remains open until the end of the cycle and can be changed/updated at any time. Each assessment protocol has been given a certain weight by the Company, and the assessment of each one is always the weighted average of the assessments recorded so far.
Can I view previous assessments?
Of course! In the “View” menu you can see the current position of the assessment in any of the assessment protocols and the maximum and minimum assessment in each dimension. You can also see, in the “History” menu, the evolution of the assessments recorded since the beginning and the current average assessment, both for the aggregated 360 assessment and for any specific protocol.
How do I give and receive feedback?
Using the ‘Comments’ menu you can at any time write a personal note (private comment) on the behavior or performance of any assessee, or choose to record a comment that will be seen by the person concerned. Comments, which can be positive, negative or neutral, can for example refer to critical incidents that occurred, praise, or be warning or encouragement messages. There are icons to “shortcut” the way to writing comments quickly. Each user will receive an email alert whenever a new comment about them is made. All comments are saved and displayed from most recent to oldest.
