Expoprocessos 2026: Digital Transformation in Industry.

On September 23 and 24, INCENTEA took part in the ExpoProcessos fair at Exponor (Porto). The fair brought together manufacturers looking for solutions to optimize, modernize and make industrial production processes more efficient.

Industry 4.0

On September 24, INCENTEA presented Industry 4.0 solutions together with Glose and Kaizen Tech, represented respectively by Carlos Vaz, Marketing & New Client Director at INCENTEA, João Moura, Director of Glose, and Pedro Lourenço, Director of Grow at Kaizen Tech.

Among the solutions presented by INCENTEA, the following stood out, all with applied AI:

1. Cegid Pulse integrated with Artificial Intelligence (AI). The solution offers automations that simplify companies’ financial processes, enabling more focus, better results, speed and context.
2. Sage X3 Copilot for orders, which makes it possible to identify production orders at risk.
3. Microsoft 365 and Copilot, which allow greater simplification of processes, such as email management and triage and more effective summarizing and communication of customer requests.

For his part, João Moura presented Glose’s Maintenance Management solution. In an era of “a lot of information and little decision-making”, it is necessary to know the company’s critical assets. This solution makes it possible to track the entire life cycle of assets and have all the information from start to finish, which helps reduce costs. A well-managed asset with detailed information has the advantages of a longer useful life, higher output and lower cost to organizations.

Pedro Lourenço presented shop floor solutions through an MES/MOM system. AI can play a critical role, as it helps in understanding data that the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) may not be able to capture. Kaizen Tech’s solution goes further, offering real-time data visibility, coordinating production and delivering data-supported decisions.

In short, how to Connect People, Processes and Data in Real Time was the motto of the Conference, which is a very important point for the Industry sector.
