RGPC – The new legislation!

Under Decree-Law 109-E/2021 and Law No. 92/2021, which transposes Directive (EU) 2019/1937, companies headquartered in Portugal, and branches in national territory of companies headquartered abroad, that employ 50 or more workers are required to implement an internal whistleblowing channel that allows for anonymous and/or confidential reports.
