1987
Founding of Leirisic in Leiria, the result of the vision of a group of engineers from the Fábrica Leiriense de Plásticos.
The goal: to create a technology company focused on information systems and business management.
With an innovative, collaborative DNA, it quickly established itself in the IT sector.

Restructuring and vision for the future
Inspired by the digital transition and the “Y2K bug”, the company strengthens its focus on services based on standard management applications.

2003
Gexor ERP
In 2003, the company reached a decisive milestone with the launch of the GEXOR ERP, in-house developed management software that quickly stood out in the national market.
Just two years after it went on sale, GEXOR was recognized in a public tender as the best management software in Portugal.
With a modern architecture and high integration capability, the system became the technology foundation of many Portuguese SMEs.
This success consolidated the reputation of the future INCENTEA as a reference in innovation and ERP solution development.
2004
Integration of Datamex
Merger between Leirisic and Datamex, two companies that until then had been direct competitors in the information technology sector. From that union INCENTEA was officially born, a brand that came to represent a group with greater size, technical capability and national presence.
The merger made it possible to integrate teams, diversify solutions (hardware, software, networks and consulting) and consolidate the partnership with PRIMAVERA BSS, strengthening the positioning in the business management systems (ERP) market.
2007–2009
International Expansion
Between 2007 and 2009, INCENTEA began its international expansion with the creation of companies in Cape Verde, Angola and Mozambique, reinforcing the strategy of “being global with proximity”.
In Angola, it consolidated its presence with PRIMAVERA ERP solutions and local teams, promoting the transfer of Portuguese knowledge and technology.
In Mozambique, it structured its innovation system, carrying out its first Innovation Scoring and integrating continuous improvement practices.
This period marked the beginning of a culture of internationalization and sustainable innovation that defines INCENTEA’s identity.
2010
Group consolidation
New technology companies join the group, such as Teleleiria, Voznet and Leiritel.
INCENTEA broadens its offering in telecommunications and systems.
The corporate structure that supports global growth emerges.

Integration of EXTOM consulting
Integrates the operation in Spain with the acquisition of Extom Consulting, strengthening INCENTEA’s presence in the Madrid, Barcelona and Granada regions and consolidating its position in the Iberian business management consulting and solutions market.

Rebranding and global unification
