“The international market is already worth 25% of the business.”

Under the leadership of António Poças, the company is using the purchase of other businesses to gain scale and skills. The international market is already worth 25% of the business.

The company is evaluating the acquisition of four operations in the Spanish market, with one of them expected to close as early as next month.

The group led by António Poças said in a statement that it “currently has four evaluation processes under way in the Spanish market, and expects to conclude one of these operations by the end of next month”. This move aims at consolidating its presence on the Iberian Peninsula and strengthening international activity, which already accounts for 25% of the group’s total revenue, according to the statement.

This mergers and acquisitions strategy follows a year in which three operations were completed, focused on the Angolan and Spanish markets.

In Portugal, the company maintains a pipeline of potential integrations, using the domestic market as the base for its external expansion plan.

INCENTEA recorded turnover of 24 million euros at the close of 2025, representing growth of 5.4% over the same period of the previous year. Based on these results, the Portuguese-origin technology company maintains its growth strategy through the integration of new business units in Portugal and is preparing to expand its operation in Spain.

The goal now is to return to double-digit growth.

INCENTEA’s management indicates that the previous year served to prepare the structure, now aiming at double-digit growth through the incorporation of new businesses and technical skills in information systems and IT infrastructure.
