With a large-scale operation on the Iberian Peninsula, CERNA currently manages more than 30,000 hectares in Spain and more than 15,000 hectares in Portugal. It provides critical services to more than 200 companies in both countries, and also stands out for developing its own technology tools within R&D projects for the mountain industry chain.
The Challenge
As an organization with a high level of technological maturity, CERNA’s main challenge was the optimization of its internal processes and services. The company needed a solution that would allow full integration of its processes, especially the link between its vertical field-work platforms (developed in-house) and a centralized management system.
