The Client
Founded in 2000, with its Portuguese unit established in 2004, Sarreliber is a reference company in the automotive sector, dedicated to producing critical components such as door handles, side trims and steering wheel parts.
With a strong international presence, including headquarters in France and production units in Portugal and Mexico, Sarreliber positions itself as a pillar of the sector, supported by a team of 560 employees.
The Challenge
Before the transformation, Sarreliber faced a scenario of high operational complexity, where manual paper recording was the norm.
Managing the production and logistics of more than a thousand references a day without an integrated system was, in the words of those responsible, “unthinkable”.
This management model seriously compromised the reliability of stocks and the rigorous control of production.
Dependence on physical media for work instructions not only caused critical delays but also prevented data from being updated in time for decision-making.
In addition, expansion in the domestic market required a specialized partner that would ensure compliance with Portuguese legislation and master end-to-end operational flows, from receipt of the order to final dispatch.
