Its activity focuses on developing and producing specialized hardware for aluminum door and window systems, offering high-quality opening and closing solutions to the market.
The challenge
STA faced a critical obstacle to its growth: its previous ERP software was obsolete and lacked adequate technical support. Operationally, the company struggled with production planning and inventory management, which called for a solution capable of bridging the gap between management and the production floor, while ensuring rigorous control of inventory and costs.

The INCENTEA solution
After a rigorous market analysis, STA chose to implement Sage X3 through INCENTEA, a decision backed by the solution’s great customization capability and its full fit with the company’s financial objectives.
The implemented solution drove a deep transformation by fully integrating financial management and fixed assets with perpetual inventory data, ensuring that accounting accurately reflects the real state of stock.
This digital ecosystem was strategically extended to the production floor through a direct connection between the ERP and production, enabling continuous monitoring of flows and control of the manufacturing process in progress.
Logistics efficiency was also strengthened through automation, thanks to the native integration of Kardex robotic warehouses with Sage X3. This process significantly optimized the flow of materials throughout the industrial unit.
The results
The transition to Sage X3 boosted STA’s operational efficiency thanks to real-time data collection on the production floor, which allows immediate adjustments in resource and process management.
This modernization resolved historical shortcomings in planning and inventory control, ensuring significantly more accurate inventory and asset management.
With the support of Business Intelligence tools, management now has strategic key performance indicators (KPIs) for fast, well-founded decision-making about the business.
