For a global group with annual revenue of 100 million euros, that manages more than 1,000 references daily and guarantees deliveries to 92 locations around the world, precision is not an option but the foundation of its growth.

The Customer
Founded in 2000 and with its plant in Portugal established in 2004, Sarreliber is a benchmark company in the automotive sector, dedicated to manufacturing critical components such as door handles, side moldings and steering wheel parts.
With a strong international presence, including its headquarters in France and production centers in Portugal and Mexico, Sarreliber positions itself as a key player in the sector, supported by a team of 560 employees.
The challenge
Before its transformation, Sarreliber faced an environment of great operational complexity, in which manual paper records were standard practice.
Managing the production and logistics of over a thousand references a day without an integrated system was, in the words of its managers, “unthinkable”.
This management model seriously compromised the reliability of inventories and rigorous control of production.
The reliance on physical media for work instructions not only caused critical delays but also prevented real-time data updates for proper decision-making.
In addition, expansion in the Portuguese market required a specialized partner that would ensure compliance with local regulations and master end-to-end operational processes, from receipt of the order to final shipment.
