INCENTEA enters a new growth phase, marked by the renewal of its identity and international expansion.
INCENTEA is going through a phase of strong consolidation and expansion. Present in eight markets and with a total of 2,000 active customers (1,500 in Portugal), the Portuguese consulting and technology group is presenting a new brand and signature – “Technology for People” – which reflects its focus on more humanized communication and a unique identity on an international scale. The rebranding comes at a time when the company is strengthening its presence in Spain and setting ambitious goals: doubling its turnover by 2028, reaching 50 million euros.
In an interview with Marketeer, João Antunes, INCENTEA Board Member, explains the new positioning.
INCENTEA has grown consistently and is now a consulting and technology multinational present in eight markets. You are presenting a new brand and signature. Did this international expansion influence the rebranding?
INCENTEA has been strengthening its presence in international markets. About a year and a half ago, this growth coincided with Cegid’s strong push, when it acquired Primavera Software and, more recently, PHC Software. Even before those acquisitions, we were already working with two vendors – Sage and Microsoft. With Cegid’s arrival and the purchase of Primavera Software and several technology companies in Spain, we intensified our strategy in that country, which became the main focus of our internationalization.
We expect Spain to become our main market outside Portugal. For now, the strongest foreign market remains Angola.
