1987
Founding of Leirisic in Leiria, the result of the vision of a group of engineers from Fábrica Leiriense de Plásticos.
The goal: to create a technology company focused on information systems and business management.
With an innovative and collaborative DNA, it quickly established itself in the information technology sector.
It was the first step in a story made of people and technology.
2000
Restructuring and a vision for the future
Inspired by the digital transition and the “Y2K bug”, the company strengthens its commitment to services based on standard management applications.

2003
GEXOR ERP
In 2003, the company reached a decisive milestone with the launch of the GEXOR ERP, an in-house management software that quickly stood out in the national market.
Just two years after it went on sale, GEXOR was recognized in a public tender as the best management software in Portugal.
With a modern architecture and high integration capability, the system became the technological foundation for many Portuguese SMEs.
This success consolidated the reputation of the future INCENTEA as a benchmark in innovation and ERP solution development.
2004
Integration of Datamex
Merger between Leirisic and Datamex, two companies that until then were direct competitors in the information technology sector. From this union INCENTEA was officially born, a brand that came to represent a group with greater scale, technical capacity and national presence.
The merger made it possible to integrate teams, diversify solutions (hardware, software, networks and consulting) and consolidate the partnership with PRIMAVERA BSS, strengthening its position in the enterprise management systems (ERP) market.
2007–2009
International Expansion
Between 2007 and 2009, INCENTEA began its international expansion with the creation of companies in Cape Verde, Angola and Mozambique, reinforcing the “be global with proximity” strategy.
In Angola, it consolidated its presence with PRIMAVERA ERP solutions and local teams, promoting the transfer of Portuguese knowledge and technology.
In Mozambique, it structured its innovation system, carrying out the first Innovation Scoring and integrating continuous improvement practices.
This period marked the beginning of a culture of internationalization and sustainable innovation that defines INCENTEA’s identity.
2010
Group consolidation
New technology companies join the group, such as Teleleiria, Voznet and Leiritel.
INCENTEA expands its offering in telecommunications and systems.

Rebranding and global unification
INCENTEA launches a new corporate identity reflecting its 38 years of history.
