Leading the future of intelligent management.<\/h2>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=”” text_direction=”default”]The Cegid Partner Summit 2026, held at the iconic Alf\u00e2ndega do Porto Congress Center on September 15, 2026, was the epicenter of technological innovation applied to management, bringing together the best of the Cegid ecosystem with more than 800 technology partners and industry professionals for a day of sharing, strategic vision, and presentations of the latest innovations shaping the future of technology and Artificial Intelligence. <\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=”” text_direction=”default”]The INCENTEA team was present with an exhibition space and in the sessions, closely following an agenda full of major technology announcements aimed at accelerating the competitiveness of small and medium-sized businesses.<\/p>\n

INCENTEA’s participation also included an international delegation, with the heads of operations from Angola, Mozambique, and Cape Verde attending, reinforcing the group’s strategic vision and its commitment to following technological developments and innovation opportunities in the different markets where it operates.<\/p>\n

Portugal as a center of excellence and the new era of AI<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The event highlighted Portugal’s strategic importance within the Cegid group. Today the country acts not only as a priority market, but as a true innovation platform and center of excellence in Artificial Intelligence, from which global technical support is provided to leading international brands such as Herm\u00e8s and L’Or\u00e9al.<\/p>\n

Throughout the various presentations, the idea was reinforced that the market is going through a decisive turning point. The evolution toward increasingly intelligent and autonomous management systems is already a reality within reach of Portuguese SMEs.<\/p>\n

AI is no longer just a content-generation tool; it has evolved into autonomous agents capable of acting directly on business processes. Cegid Pulse: real productivity gains<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The event’s main technology highlight was Cegid Pulse and its integration with Cegid ERP Evolution. Several indicators were presented demonstrating the impact of this technology on operational efficiency.<\/p>\n

The use of virtual agents and Cegid Pulse tripled visits to the support forum, autonomously answering 60% of the questions asked, with an 80% helpfulness rate. At the same time, there was a 9% reduction in average time per case, a 30% increase in the capacity of junior technicians, and a significant decrease in the time needed to diagnose internal incidents, from two to three hours to around 30 minutes.<\/p>\n

As Tiago Costa Lima, Product Strategy Director at Cegid Portugal, highlighted, the goal is to provide AI that is “invisible” to the user but has a highly measurable impact on results. The system can take on complex tasks, such as bank reconciliations or month-end close simulations, allowing professionals to focus their efforts on higher-value decisions.<\/p>\n

Parallel sessions<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Throughout the Cegid Partner Summit, INCENTEA attended several sessions dedicated to strengthening the solutions portfolio, namely Cegid PHC, Cegid Primavera, and Eye Peak.<\/p>\n

Among the specialized solutions, the highlights were Cegid Docs & Document AI, with over 90% accuracy in automatically reading and posting invoices; Cegid Fiscal Automation, prepared for the transition to mandatory e-invoicing planned for 2027; and Eye Peak, which presented new mobile terminals and features aimed at optimizing warehouse management and logistics operations.<\/p>\n

Inspirational moment: “The scarcest resource is attention”<\/strong><\/h3>\n

One of the most memorable moments of the event was delivered by Professor Lu\u00eds Filipe Reis, a faculty member at Porto Business School and FEP, who shared a particularly relevant reflection on leadership and management:<\/p>\n

“In today’s organizations, the scarcest resource is not time, it is attention. Management’s great responsibility is to build differentiation and to have the courage to say ‘no’ to what does not add value.”<\/p>\n

Lu\u00eds Filipe Reis argued that every strategic decision must have a direct impact on creating value for the customer or increasing operational efficiency, otherwise we risk falling into the illusion of motion without results.<\/p>\n

New visual identity: “Own What’s Next”<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Diana Silva, Head of Marketing, presented the renewal of the Cegid brand identity. Keeping the blue color and the original logo, the brand is evolving toward more human, modern, and approachable communication, relying on real photography, dynamic visual elements, and a new typeface.<\/p>\n

The transformation takes shape in the brand’s new global tagline, “Own What’s Next,” reinforcing Cegid’s ambition to lead the future of management starting from the present.<\/p>\n

The launch of the AI Transformation Award was also announced, a distinction designed to recognize the partners responsible for the Artificial Intelligence projects with the greatest impact and added value for their customers.<\/p>\n
