1987
Leirisic is founded in Leiria, the result of the vision of a group of engineers from Fábrica Leiriense de Plásticos.
The goal: to create a technology company focused on information systems and business management.
With an innovative and collaborative DNA, it quickly established itself in the IT sector.

2000
Restructuring and vision for the future
Inspired by the digital transition and the “Y2K bug,” the company strengthens its focus on services based on standard management applications.

2003
ERP Gexor
In 2003, the company reached a decisive milestone with the launch of ERP GEXOR, an in-house developed management software that quickly stood out in the national market.
Just two years after it went to market, GEXOR was recognized in a public competition as the best management software in Portugal.
With a modern architecture and high integration capability, the system became the technological foundation of many Portuguese SMEs.
This success consolidated the reputation of the future INCENTEA as a reference in innovation and ERP solution development.
2004
Integration of Datamex
Merger between Leirisic and Datamex, two companies that until then were direct competitors in the information technology sector. From this union INCENTEA was officially born, a brand that came to represent a group with greater scale, technical capability, and national presence.
The merger made it possible to integrate teams, diversify solutions (hardware, software, networks, and consulting), and consolidate the partnership with PRIMAVERA BSS, strengthening its position in the enterprise resource planning (ERP) market.
2007–2009
International Expansion
Between 2007 and 2009, INCENTEA began its international expansion with the creation of companies in Cape Verde, Angola, and Mozambique, reinforcing the strategy of “being global with proximity.”
In Angola, it consolidated its presence with PRIMAVERA ERP solutions and local teams, promoting the transfer of Portuguese knowledge and technology.
In Mozambique, it structured its innovation system, carrying out the first Innovation Scoring and integrating continuous improvement practices.
This period marked the beginning of a culture of internationalization and sustainable innovation that defines INCENTEA’s identity.
2010
Group consolidation
New technology companies join the group, such as Teleleiria, Voznet, and Leiritel.
INCENTEA expands its offering in telecommunications and systems.
The corporate structure that supports global growth emerges.

HUMANSOFT is a software house dedicated to developing IT solutions in the area of people management, with several solutions in this field.
